Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the AinaSewingPatterns website, purchasing our PDF sewing patterns, or taking part in a pattern testing round. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All content published by AinaSewingPatterns, including sewing patterns, instructions, illustrations, photographs, graphics, text, logos and downloadable files, is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, this content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold or transmitted.

2. PDF Sewing Patterns & Licence

Our sewing patterns are digital products supplied as downloadable files. Unless otherwise stated, each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the purchased pattern for your own personal sewing projects and for garments made as gifts.

Pattern files, instructions and related materials may not be shared, uploaded, copied for another person, redistributed or resold.

Mass production or other commercial use of our patterns is not included in the standard personal-use licence. If you wish to use an AinaSewingPatterns pattern for commercial production, please contact us before doing so.

3. Pattern Information, Sizing & Results

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, size information, finished garment measurements, fabric recommendations and sewing instructions. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur.

Before cutting your fabric, you are responsible for checking the size guide, finished garment measurements, print scale and pattern file format, and for selecting the size that is most appropriate for your measurements and preferred fit.

Final fit and appearance can vary depending on body shape, fabric choice, sewing technique, personal alterations and construction choices. AinaSewingPatterns cannot guarantee that every pattern will fit every person without adjustment.

4. Digital Products, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our PDF sewing patterns are digital products that are made available for download, purchases are generally final once the digital content has been supplied, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Please review the product description, included file formats, size range and other specifications carefully before purchasing. For further information, please see our

5. Pattern Testing

From time to time, AinaSewingPatterns may invite members of the sewing community to apply to test a pattern. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

If selected, testers are expected to follow the requirements and deadline stated for the relevant testing round, sew the pattern in the selected size, and provide constructive feedback on matters such as fit, comfort, sizing, construction and clarity of the instructions.

Pattern files supplied for testing remain the intellectual property of AinaSewingPatterns and are provided only to the selected tester. They may not be shared, redistributed, uploaded, copied for another person or resold.

Any specific confidentiality, publication, Instagram, photography or posting requirements will be communicated as part of the relevant testing round. Testers should follow those requirements when participating.

Any use by AinaSewingPatterns of tester photographs, Instagram content, testimonials or other submitted material for marketing or promotional purposes will be handled in accordance with the permissions or terms communicated for that testing round.

6. Review Invitations

After a purchase, we may occasionally invite you to review your order or share feedback about your experience. These invitations are intended to help us improve our patterns, products and customer service.

• Frequency — Review invitations may be sent occasionally after a purchase.
• Purpose — To collect feedback about your purchase, our service and your overall experience.
• Privacy — Personal data used in connection with reviews is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Opt-out — Where applicable, you may opt out of future review invitations.
• Third-party platforms — We may use an external review service, which may have its own privacy policy and terms.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with website operation, or use our content or services in a way that infringes the rights of AinaSewingPatterns or any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AinaSewingPatterns will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, digital products or sewing patterns. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Personal information collected through our website, purchases, communications and pattern testing activities is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
