An easy method to turn a fabric tube right side out
Turning a fabric tube right side out doesn’t require any special tools — you can use items you already have at home. The tube from an aluminium foil or plastic wrap roll works perfectly, and a chopstick makes an ideal pusher. With a little imagination, you’ll find everything you need without spending a penny.
Pro tip
Watch the video carefully and pause as needed — the technique is simple once you see it in action. For very narrow tubes, a blunt knitting needle or a long thin dowel works even better than a chopstick. Always press the finished tube with an iron for a neat, flat result.
