To create a finished belt loop, strap or bow with a width of 1cm, start with a piece of fabric that measures 4cm in width.
A – Begin by folding the long sides of the fabric inward so that they meet in the center. Press these folds with an iron to create sharp creases.
B – Tuck each end of the fabric inward to neaten the edges.
C – Fold the fabric in half along its length, bringing the folded edges together to form a 1cm wide strap. Iron this fold to secure its shape.
D –Â Stitch closely along the edge of the strap to close it.
E – Your strap or belt loop is now ready to be used as desired, whether for garments, bags, or other accessories.
